Dr. Paul Goodwin PhD MSci MA Cantab, Technical Director, is one of Cambridge's leading web developers and has a proven track record of delivering outstanding solutions. Paul graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2004, and specialises in standards-compliant, search-engine friendly code and technical architecture.

Ciaron Dunne, Managing Director, has some ten years' experience at the leading-edge of internet publishing and internet marketing. Ciaron graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1999, and was involved as Publishing Director at successful Cambridge startup company Workplace Law Network. Ciaron is also a director of niche comparison company Genie Group, best known for Broadband Genie. Ciaron is a vastly experienced internet marketer, and is a Qualified Google Advertising Professional.

Joel Coppersmith specialises in website management and in the production of professional website editorial and newsletters. Joel manages a number of important Outplay Media accounts on an ongoing basis and is currently studying for his CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing.

Anna Lancaster specialises in project management, internet marketing and e-commerce, and manages a number of important Outplay Media accounts. Anna graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2007 with a degree in Psychology and joined the Outplay Media team in July.

Sam Pitchford is New Business Manager at Outplay Media, has some six years' experience of B2B and B2C e-business including at some of the region's most successful online businesses including Workplace Law Group, Booking.com and Activitysuperstore.com.

Steve Linford is creative director at Outplay Media, and is responsible for the graphic presentation of Outplay Media output. Steveis a vastly experienced creative director, first as designer/typographer for a largeLondon ad agency, and later as art director in Cambridge's premier ad agency. Steveis also a member of the Chartered Society of Designers, and runs the acclaimed design agency The Art Department.

Rik Abel has ten years' experience in front-end web development, including stints as lead designer at play.com, firebox.com and most recently headshift.com, where he worked on social software projects for clients including BBC, Amnesty, NHS, Allen Overy and BP. He is passionate about web standards, usability and simplicity and also gets excited about CSS, jquery and hacking Wordpress.
